Eating is considered to be one of the best things in life. Some people do not even know whether they eat to live or they live to eat. However, nowadays, many people are usually deprived of getting regular meals. Some people claim that they are busy to eat and some claim that they are on diet.
The meal that is usually missed is the breakfast. This is because the eater or fixer would like to stay in bed for a longer time even though it has been taught many times that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There are also cases when wives have to leave home early for work or husbands refuse to eat breakfast because they are already late.
Later in the day, it is also becoming harder for people to eat their lunch especially for workers. The food quality and variety seems to be declining and even the restaurants are becoming more crowded and expensive. Moreover, after work, it is becoming a must for workers to join their colleague in a meal or drink making a family meal out of the question.
What can really be considered as a perfect meal? Is it the meal that we have at home or the meal that we have in the expensive restaurants? Whatever it is, it is very important to remember that a good meal is something that you enjoy yet healthy for your body.
